What time is check-in? And check-out?
Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out is at 9.30 am.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, but pets are only allowed in the "Terrace" and "Attic" apartments.
Is there Wi-Fi access in the apartments?
Yes, free Wi-Fi access is available.
Where can I store my skis/bike?
At the chalet we have a ski deposit and a bike room where you can leave your sports equipment.
Is there parking available?
There is a large car park outside our chalet. Garage parking is available on request (there is space for 3 cars and motorbikes).
Are you affiliated with the thermal spas?
Yes, we can offer discounts on entry at Bagni Vecchi, Bagni Nuovi and Bormio Terme.
Are you affiliated with any ski or bike hire shops?
Yes, we work with Cresseri sport (repairs, ski deposit, ski hire) and Ski & Bike (ski and bike hire).
Is the chalet near the town centre?
Yes, Chalet Alfonz is just a 5-minute walk from Bormio’s old town.
Is the chalet near the ski area?
We are 950m from the gondola station, which can be easily reached by the ski bus that stops 50m from the chalet.
